reactivating somfy thermostat

hello. the installation-activation of our somfy thermostat went wrong. so we want to reactivate again or simply start the procedure all over again from the start. we get stuck at the point of :this pin is right but already activeted". Could you please help. Moreover how to we set up the somfy to the home network (we mean the sifi password etc)

    The issue is because your email account was not activated.
    You shall have received an email from Somfy asking you to click on the button to finalize your account activation.
