Great customer service. I have been trying to install this home security system for 2 days, each time resulting in an &amp;quot;unexpected error occurred&amp;quot;. I have tried all the expected manipulations of resetting, re-booting, turning wifi on and off. I am a complete loss here. The lack of customer service is a total shock for 300 some euro home alarm system that is impossible to install.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
