Verisure ne propose plus l&amp;#39;option pour des nouveaux abonnés, mais le service est toujours maintenu pour les ceux qui disposent de l&amp;#39;option...tant que Somfy le maintient.&lt;br /&gt;J&amp;#39;ai demandé pour savoir si ce problème peut être résolu ou non.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

          &lt;div class=&quot;body-bd&quot;&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bonjour, j&amp;#39;irai même un peu plus loin que Laury:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Activer le mode Total depuis un equipement Verisure: Tahoma affiche bien le bon status &amp;quot;mode total&amp;quot;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Activer le mode Nuit depuis un equipement Verisure: Tahoma ne se met pasé jour et continue d&amp;#39;afficher que l&amp;#39;alarme est desarmée.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Activation du mode nuit ou total depuis Tahoma: aucune mise à jour de status sur Tahoma.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;En bref c&amp;#39;est du grand n&amp;#39;importe quoi.&lt;br /&gt;ça fait des semaines, voir des mois que ça dure, et on paie un service chez Verisure pour cela, qui prône un partenariat. Donc il serait tant d&amp;#39;y remedier. Merci.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

(Donc pas de senario).&lt;br /&gt;Cependant lorsque l’on change le status de l’alarme avec un équipement Verisure tout fonctionne normalement.&lt;br /&gt;Cordialement,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Nos équipes de développement n&amp;#39;ont pas obtenu de retour de la part de Verisure pour nous confirmer que la manipulation avait bien été effectuée.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Il se peut donc que vous rencontriez de nouveau des soucis de fonctionnement entre TaHoma et Verisure à partir de demain. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Merci pour votre compréhension et bonne journée,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Ok donc il semble que Somfy est informé verisure que la mise à jour allait être faite et Come Voici un an c&amp;#39;est verisure qui n&amp;#39;a pas fait son travail. &lt;br /&gt;Côté verisure. Le partenariat n&amp;#39;existe plus depuis février 2020 car Somfy ne fait pas son travail dans le partenariat.&lt;br /&gt;Ok. Le client (puisque client nous sommes, il y a contrat et transaction financière) est entre les deux et se débat pendant que l&amp;#39;un d&amp;#39;entre vous (Somfy ou verisure) a préféré en avril profiter de son confinement plutôt que de traiter une remontée de ses mails lui signifiant un problème à venir. Certes dixit verisure cela ne représente que 10% des 5000 clients ayant souscrit le pack domotique... Alors il faut mieux continuer la guéguerre des informaticiens que d&amp;#39;assoir une relation durable avec la clientèle... Non my fox (rachat par Somfy) ne pourra pas palier au mécontentement des clients verisure dans de telles conditions !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Par contre, pas de lancement des scenario lié à la mise en route (ou désactivation) de l&amp;#39;alarme... &lt;br /&gt;Je pense donc que c&amp;#39;est un coup de bol, car il n&amp;#39;y a pas eu d&amp;#39;info comme quoi cela avait été corrigé, et force est de constaté que ça ne marche pas complètement...&lt;br /&gt;Oui partenariat compliqué, d&amp;#39;autant plus que c&amp;#39;est une option payante !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Donc pas de retour d&amp;#39;information donc pas de déclanchement de scénario... Six mois de fonctionnement pour 6 mois d&amp;#39;attente de résolution.... Comment ne pas comprendre que le partenariat vole en éclats ! C&amp;#39;est pas très sérieux tout ça!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
