Hello Pim,

Your TaHoma is actived on Dutch server and here it's the Somfy France Forum. The technician who belong to this Forum have no access to the Dutch Server.

Can you contact Somfy Netherlands for your issue ?

Hi Jean-Luc,

I still cant add the sunscreens to the Tahoma. the Tahoma says " identification of io-home-application failed"

What can I do to fix this?

Hi,

A Yellow will delete them but remember to remove them from all programming.
