To work around this, I used an older tablet and manually installed version 1.26.1 of the APK, which is functioning for now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Support Response&lt;br /&gt;Unfortunately, I have not received any response from UK support, despite their promise to get back to me. This issue has been open for several days, which is quite disappointing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Concerns About Software Quality&lt;br /&gt;It’s frustrating to see such untested or unstable software being released. My overall experience with the Tahoma app over several years has not been positive, to put it mildly:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The app occasionally logs out unexpectedly, requiring reconnection.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is no option for multiple accounts to control the same home, forcing users to share a single username and password with all family members, which feels outdated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Importance of Reliable Control&lt;br /&gt;Shades, blinds, and other controlled devices are critical to daily life and deserve proper attention and service level agreements. Thankfully, Google Home integration continued to work; otherwise, I would have been left without control for several days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Based on these experiences, it’s clear that relying solely on cloud-based solutions is risky, as outages can leave users without access. J&amp;#39;ai deux volets connectés dessus.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;J&amp;#39;ai essayé de le réinstaller car je n&amp;#39;arrivais plus à les commander avec Alexa, mais maintenant j&amp;#39;ai trois kits &amp;quot;défaut&amp;quot; dans mon application et les volets ne répondent toujours pas via Alexa. Mais les interrupteurs eux fonctionnent.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pouvez-vous réinitialiser mon kit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mon code PIN est : 2110 0474 6127.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Merci beaucoup !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
