Can't use wheel to rotate the slats on Sonesse IO

Bonjour,

I have the Sonesse IO 6/20 motor based blinds and the Situo IO Variation remote with the wheel. Everything works as expected, but I can't use the wheel to rotate the slats for some reason. When I rotate the wheel, the light blinks but the motor does nothing.
