Help needed with error "Sync needed" okidokeys?

I would like to inform you that I have an error of "sync needed", i can't sync door.
Could you please help me to fix this issue.

I am a technical salesman from morocco, i am trying to do test on your product before to fixit to my custmer,
i have samsung S4 and S3 SGH-I747 android 4.3

This in my info portal:

2nd question is: Does OKIDOKEYS work with NFC of samsung S4, S3 or Iphone
3rd question: how to reset SMARTLOCK

    Hi Hammouda,
    First : You should remove your personnals infos from this public forum.
    "Yellows" from Somfy could ask you with personnals emails if they need it.
    Second : Okidokeys works with Android terminals
    Third : You can't reset Okidokeys.

    i have error "Sync needed" okidokeys. tell me

    *i have already select the door and click on sync but it fails

    Hello Hammouda,

    When you open the Okidokeys application you have 4 option. One of this option is a door. Open it and deploy the fourth option. You must see an image with an house. If you press on it what happen ?

    Okydokeys doesn't work with NFC only with Bluetooth.

    For finish the button C is used to reset the smartlock (Press it 3 seconds). I advice you to delete you smartlock in your account before.

    I have prob for scan smart lock bleutooth
    The light is open after the scan
    Becose refused the jumelage??

    Im reset the smart lock 3 sec for light
    I have different option see for open an closed
