Camera already linked to another account – request for unlink

Bonjour,

Hello,
I bought a second-hand Somfy Outdoor Camera (model S6101E).
After performing a factory reset, the camera enters pairing mode (white LED blinking and sound signal).
However, when I try to add it in the Somfy Protect app, I receive the following message:
"This camera is already in use at another site. For security reasons, you must delete the previous installation before reinstalling it."
I do not have access to the previous owner. The device was purchased used at a local market and I do not have proof of purchase or contact details of the original owner.
Could you please check if it is possible to unlink this camera from the previous account so I can use it?
I can provide photos of the device, serial number and MAC address if required.
