Cependant, aucune modification ne sera possible et il se peut que votre interface soit indisponible pendant quelques minutes.

Les services TaHoma seront de nouveau opérationnels Mardi en fin de journée.

Could you please remove a used Tahoma Switch from another account?

Hello,
I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

The Pin is 2008-6007-4166.

    Bonjour,

    I have contacted somfy.es so that they can take the necessary steps in regards to PIN 2030-8167-5094 and they asked for an email from the email registered requesting for the selection of the linked account. As I have no way to contact with the person that did so I ask you for an alternative way to do it, other way this Tahoma Switch is useless as an electronic garbage.

    I'm so sorry. Only Spain can do what is necessary. Please ask them to contact the previous owner to confirm the sale of his product.
