I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

I have contacted somfy.es so that they can take the necessary steps in regards to PIN 2030-8167-5094 and they asked for an email from the email registered requesting for the selection of the linked account. As I have no way to contact with the person that did so I ask you for an alternative way to do it, other way this Tahoma Switch is useless as an electronic garbage.
