I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

Hi Gaëlle, I tried again registering my Tahoma box but I still get "Associated box not compatible - Log in with an account associated with a compatible gateway to continue"
I've started the registration without a Tahoma account, I assume I should be able to create one during registration.
Any suggestions how to proceed,

What steps do you recommend for factory reset? It is useless now.

We will not be able to unlink the account since we do not have access to the servers.

Hello, I have tried for over 4 HOURS to set up the Somfy Tahoma Switch but keep getting stuck in a loop saying 'This box is already linked to another account'. This is a new box provided by my electrician. Can you please reset it?
