I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

I have a new tahoma switch. When I go to activate it it says I already have a box on my account. Yet when I log in I don't see a tahoma on it anywhere. Then pin I think that might be registered is the one I'm trying to activate.

Hello, I have the same problem, I have purchased a second hand box on ebay from Estonia and it is linked to an account. I am in France and the box's pin is 2114-6388-6598.

Hi, even though you ensured me that the device was removed, unfortunately I have the same problem. If I try to register the device to another country, like DE, I get an unknown error, and if I try to register it to France, I get the "Already subscribed" error which means that the device is still linked to some account on the french database. Could you please check it again? the Pin is "2108-5351-5217".
