Could you please remove a used Tahoma Switch from another account?

Hello,
I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

The Pin is 2008-6007-4166.

    This Tahoma seems to be activated in Montenegro.
    I can't deactivate it. You have to contact Somfy Montenegro.

    It depends on how long the box has not been used.
    In your case it is August 30, legally we do not have the right to deactivate it without the owner's consent.
