Hi, I bought a 2nd hand Tahoma switch and tried registering my Tahoma box via the Tahoma App but I get the message "Associated box not compatible - Log in with an account associated with a compatible gateway to continue"
Any suggestions how to proceed?

i have a used Connectivity Kit from E-Bay with the same problem. the german somfy support could not help me because it seems to be a "connectivity kit orange" from France. Maybe you can help me.

it's not possible to activate a orange connectivity kit in an other country.
It's only activable in france.

No probleme to use it in an other country but at activation you have to choose France and the application still in french. If you need supportyou have to contact somfy france only in french language.

still could not get my connectivity kit to work. I tried a VPN to a french server, set my phone region and language to france. Still the error message "device not compatible"
Either the app connects to the german server anyways, or the kit is still bound to another account.
Can you try to reinitalise the kit, please.
