External camera

Hello. I'm not French, so sorry for writting you in English. I bought 2 external Somfy cameras, I have 2 questions: can I use tham without any other ''SOMFY'' alarm system, because I'm nor living in France, and I don't want to invest more money. So should the camera ilke ''independent'' item, connected to a router with Internet access, with the registration for accessing at distance? Second question, does these external cameras, having all 4 ''functions'' described with the symbols inside circles, like ''Chaufage'' (heating), ''Motorisation'', etc? These are quite like proper ''PTZ'' (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras?
