Telis 6 - Installation problem

Hi All,

I have a roller shutter. It works on the single remote control.

a) I push the programming button on the single remote. The blind shuffles (goes up and down a little)
b) I slect a channel on the Telis6 (i.e. 2 - All)
c) I push the button on the back of the telis (nothing happens).

I've tried this many times. Shot push on telis6. Long push on telis6 until red light. I have powered off my blinds. I have new battery in the telis6.

Am I doing something silly

(Single control is a square, white RTS with up/My/down bottons on front)
