Hello. I have tried calling "somyfy" and was on hold for a PAID call for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Great customer service. I have been trying to install this home security system for 2 days, each time resulting in an "unexpected error occurred". I have tried all the expected manipulations of resetting, re-booting, turning wifi on and off. I am a complete loss here. The lack of customer service is a total shock for 300 some euro home alarm system that is impossible to install.
