Somfy 1870595 Tahoma Switch - Need help to unlock

Hi,
I bought the Somfy 1870595 Tahoma Switch from Amazon and it was shipped from Europe (presumably France). It is locked to France/UK. I would like to use it in Asia. Could you help to unlock or unlink the device from the server please?

    Thank you. I meant to unlink/unlock my unit to the server in France/UK so that I can change to the location and time zone of my Somfy Tahoma app to an Asian country where I am based.

    Hi Pals,
    If i unlock your tahoma to The UK you will loose all your products, trigger and smart.
    i have to notice you : in some asian country IO protocole (868/870mhz) is not allowed.

    Hello,
    I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

    Buenos días,

    Solicito la desvinculación completa de mi TaHoma Switch de la cuenta a la que está actualmente asociada.

    He realizado un restablecimiento de fábrica del equipo, pero durante el proceso de configuración la aplicación TaHoma indica que la central ya está vinculada a una cuenta anterior y no permite activarla con mi nueva cuenta.
