I cannot seem to go to portal.okidokeys.com anymore to register my lock after I buy a new mobile phone.

Can I register this device on Somfy Portal? On openways Portal? How can I register my device serial number so I can sync to an app on my phone?

    portal.okidokeys.com does not work anymore. I have a new phone and it forces me to sign into the portal to use the app. But it does not work.

    I created an account with somfy but when i try to add my device serial number it says there is no device with number working. Please watch video:

    Hello Shawn,

    Okidokeys company no longer exists.
    Somfy manage the production for the French locks.
    This lock is an US lock and will not be able to connect on the Somfy portal.
    We regret that we are unable to find you a solution.

    I see several people have made posts about migrating Okidokeys lock to Somfy. How come others have done this but you say it cannot be done? Moderator Thomas has replied to several posts saying migration has been completed for other Okidokeys owners. Can you please explain?

    Hello Shawn,

    Yes, the migration is possible from the old Okidokeys server to the Somfy server but only for an Okidokeys french lock, bescause Somfy manage only the production for the French locks.
    Your lock is an US lock, it will not be able to associate on the Somfy server.

    J'ai acheté un verrou okidokey d'Amazon California qui a cessé de fonctionner parce que le portail a été fermé par la société. Quelle est la procédure pour le récupérer?

    Bonjour,

    Comme mentionné précédemment, nous avons repris uniquement la production française d'Okidokeys sur le serveur français, il ne sera donc pas possible de migrer une serrure US sur le portail français.
