Bring okidokeys to somfy

I have an Okidokeys lock that i cannot use my new phone to open even though my old one still works. Do i need to update to the somfy app? can my serial number be ported over to somfy portal please? my serial number is 0A478A5044164353B

    This lock was buy in France ? Can you give me a picture of the serial number near battery ?

    What is the error you encounter when you try to activate your lock on Somfy portal ?

    Hello Shawn,

    Thank you for this information but this lock is an american version. You can't activate it on Somfy Server.

    If this lock works with your old phone but not with the new phone it's obligatory an issue with the phone.

    Do you know version of the OS software ? And Bluetooth ?

    My android information is attached. My Bluetooth is 4.2

    If you are device does not work can i somehow unlock with Android wear 2.0?
