Connexoon io

I have volets with a RTS auto uno contrôles. I have a remote chronis 6 and they all work well and good. I just purchased a connexoon io and it will not pair, transfer a key. The connexoon is connected to my router and confirmed. I have registered with Somfy. How do I get it to pair when it refuses?

    Hi,

    I have 6 rts uno controls for 6 volets
    They're controlled by a Telis chronis 6 Central controller.

    I am thinking the connexoon io I purchased is on a different frequency from the RTS?

    Many thanks for responding even if it's bad news. Guess it has a higher frequency than RTS. Now I have a Connexoon IO running spare. But my fault.

    i am unable to log in to my compte on the tahoma app for my new yahoos module. it tells me my pass is wrong even when i change it

    I believe the problem is that my account is with my old connexoon and needs to be cancelled as it's confusing me as another person now

    Here is my problem. I can not register my Tahoma module as my account and email is used for the old connexoon which is now not now connected. Can you cancel my connexoon or tell me how to do it as it can not solution on my account

    The Connexoon have been deleted from your account, you can activate your TaHoma box without problem now.

    Do you try to activate your TaHoma on the French server ? Cause this email is knwon on French server and if you try on an other server it will not work.

    Installed in France, FRÉJUS. With Orange.fr

    When I try and register it with the fr server with the pin. It tells me my email address is already taken.

    Perhaps you need to delete me completely and I start again.
