Smart option disabled on Tahoma

Hello,
I have a Tahoma and I can not use the Smart menu.
When I enter from the browser in the Smart option, I can select whatever I want but the buttons to "Save" and "Save as" are disabled :(

One additional info: On the back of the box of my Tahoma it's written: "Tahoma Premium", MAC:....., PIN:.... , etc; But on the back of my Tahoma it's written: "Tahoma Box" , and exactly the same MAC and PIN.

Does anyone have any hint why can't I use Smart menu?
