I have just received a new TaHoma from Amazon but I can't activate it. I get a message that the pin is valid but it has already been used. Can you reset my TaHoma box please, the pin is

Your TaHoma box is activate on UK Somfy server. Here it is the French Somfy support. You should contact UK Somfy support to resolve your problem.

I contacted UK Somfy before contacting French Somfy but I had no contact from them, not even an acknowledgement that they are working and picking up messages. Do they have a phone number or email address I could try?
